Join us for Flow Yoga with Gong Savasana. This dynamic flow is appropriate for all levels and is the perfect balance of strengthening, stretching and calming the mind. Jean’s approach to teaching combines specific cueing and hands on assists to guide you confidently through each pose. Class ends with a 15 minute Gong Meditation Savasana, bringing your body and mind to a deeper state of consciousness.
